Description of Service

Calis AI provides AI-powered content generation through OpenAI's GPT-4.1 nano model. The app operates entirely on your device with no data collection.

• No user accounts or authentication required
• No data collection or tracking

Some features require payment for access.

Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers. We do not handle or store payment details.

AI Services

Calis AI uses OpenAI's GPT-4.1 nano model for content generation. By using the app, you agree to:

• Use AI-generated content responsibly and ethically
• Not use the service for illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes
• Understand that AI-generated content may not always be accurate
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the AI integration

Important notes:

• We do not store your AI requests or responses
• All AI processing is handled by OpenAI according to their terms
• You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content

OpenAI's terms of service and privacy policy apply to AI model usage.

Data & Privacy

We do not collect any personal data. All app functionality operates locally on your device.

By using this app, you acknowledge that:

• No user account or registration is required
• All data is stored locally on your device
• We do not track, monitor, or collect user behavior
• No analytics or tracking services are used
• AI requests are sent to OpenAI for processing only

Camera: The Scan Form feature uses your camera to analyze exercise form in real time (for example, checking your squat or push-up technique). No camera footage or images are collected, stored, transmitted, or shared. All visual processing occurs on-device and is discarded immediately after analysis.

You maintain full control over your local data and can delete the app at any time to remove all data.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality within the App are owned by Calis AI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not use our content outside the App without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calis AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time.

Calis AI may suspend or terminate access to the App if required by law or if these Terms are violated.

Changes to These Terms

Calis AI may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
